Trucut NZ Returns Policy

- Always contact Trucut NZ prior to returning any goods -

1.) All returned products must be in resalable conditionwith original packaging with no labels/pricing stickers attached.

2.) Trucut NZ will not accept goods returned for credit if they are non-stocked items and Trucut has had to order in especially.

3.) Goods returned within 30 days of receiving - credited with no restocking fee.

4.) Returned over 30 days of receiving - credited with 10% surcharge restocking fee plus a shipping fee for returns totalling more than $300+.

5.) Products damaged or broken from misuse or operator error will not be accepted for credit.

6.) A copy of original Trucut NZ invoice must be included with the returned goods.

7.) Freight charge will be deducted from the credit from orders that were supplied free into store.

If the product is faulty or not suitable you may exchange it for the same product or something more suitable providing:

The goods exchanged are to the same value or less as the product that was originally purchased.
The goods deemed unsuitable are in original condition and not opened or damaged in any way.
Specially procured or custom manufactured goods are non-returnable.
Any item that has been urgently freighted out at the customer’s request is non-returnable
